Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

This Agreement is made between Codelekh Solution Pvt Ltd (“Company”) and the Client for the purpose of preventing the unauthorized disclosure of confidential information as defined below.

1. Definition of Confidential Information

“Confidential Information” shall include any technical data, trade secrets, proprietary software code, algorithms, random number seed logic, or business information disclosed to the Company by the Client.

2. Obligations

The Company agrees to restrict disclosure of the Confidential Information within its own organization and shall not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

3. Time Periods

This NDA shall remain in effect for a period of five (5) years from the date of disclosure.

4. No License

Nothing in this NDA grants either party any rights in or to the other’s Confidential Information.
